God’s Languages

The Zebra Is A Word Of God's Thank you, etosha.
The Zebra Is One of God’s Words.
Thank you, etosha.

The worlds of God’s languages are infinite

Every moment in every way He speaks

Through nature, intuition, mysticism, poets

He is exalted beyond our ken so He tweaks

Our experiences by what we encounter and when

These are signs to us omens that lead us aright

This tongue is the language of love to our ken

If we accept and follow with and do not fight

We must constantly be aware and willing to comprehend

A loan eagle in the sky can point us in the right direction

Dragonfly passing just at the right moment

All we have to do is make the vital connection

Even someone who mistreats is a lesson constant

Teaching us perhaps detachment or our direction

Let us learn His many languages one at a time

We will find that we are guided with great finess

Everything in the universe is like a lovely rhyme

Flowing from Him as us He does address.

I have been writing all my life but for the most part, it has been a secret. My parents did not believe writing was a good way to earn money so I hid my poems. Then one day, I wanted to comment on an essay that a friend had written and found myself with a blog. That quiet whisper inside said, "You can write your poetry and no one will ever know.". I knew nothing of followers and the like at that time. So, here I am trying to learn my craft and enjoying every moment of it. My personal details are, I'm 57, married for 39 years, have one grown son who is God's gift to us and last but not least at all, I'm a Baha'i which basically means that I love all humanity.
