Parasites clinging to the last vestiges of life
Natural ecologists despising waste seeing beauty
Beauty like a phoenix rising from nature’s sheaf
Bursts of bright color in the tropical forest canopy
~*~
The cold rains cascading upon already saturated land
Needing the frigidity as much as the spoilage of the tree
Daily reprieve from the intense heat of equatorial sand
In captivity blooming dependent on other life but free.
Beautiful !

I should read more of you but sometimes I just run out of time… I will in the future. I promise!

I totally understand. I should read more of your work also but there are only so many hours in the day. Whenever I can I do read you and I am sure the same is true for you.
