Filled with many questions
Questions of what is love
Love under many guises
Guises and masks hiding
Hiding the true intentions
Intentions to gain at all costs
Costs that can be worthy
Worthy of the time taken
Taken to love unconditionally
Unconditionally giving of self
Self will be lost to true love
Love is the only question
Question that is always answered.

“Time to write a love poem. Now just because it is a love poem doesn’t mean it has to be between lovers, it can be the love you had for your favorite pet when you were growing up (or now), it could be for your kids, it could be your best friend. Or, you could do something fun from a prompt I shared in the 2013 OctPoWriMo, Love Letters, Not What You Are Expecting.”~Morgan Dragonwillow
The beautiful truth of love.. wonderfully written.
