I have been writing all my life but for the most part, it has been a secret. My parents did not believe writing was a good way to earn money so I hid my poems. Then one day, I wanted to comment on an essay that a friend had written and found myself with a blog. That quiet whisper inside said, "You can write your poetry and no one will ever know.". I knew nothing of followers and the like at that time. So, here I am trying to learn my craft and enjoying every moment of it. My personal details are, I'm 57, married for 39 years, have one grown son who is God's gift to us and last but not least at all, I'm a Baha'i which basically means that I love all humanity.

    1. Hey Melinda how are ya? I’ve been so busy offline it’s been a bummer but I’m trying. Just started another WP class (a month) it’s Day Two and I haven’t’ even started.

Have a nice week and see you soon.

      1. Me too! Anyone could be in this class I haven’t talked to anyone but you so far I’m sure lot’s of people from our class are in it. I hope to write today..last week I only wrote Mag and I’m not happy writing once a week usually. I always like to learn more about html too. Happy writing my friend, glad to hear you are taking it too.

  1. (flashback) I looked at the lady in the picture as some creation from an andy warhol print, nyc gauche, and then the movie title came back to me, “Alice doesn’t live here anymore”

  2. This was lovely clever Carol! So happy to see you join us again!

I read the comments with Melinda, that’s why prompts stretch your writing abilities sometimes I’ve HATED them and found it brought some cool things out of me anyway.

    Have a great week!
