Wilt thou share the garden’s delights with me?
Enhance the joy of our savory feasts.
Show thy culinary ability.
Allow me to inhale the scents at least.
.
Table made festive with greens and yellows
Bright reds and oranges are so pleasing
Bring those who partake a mood so mellow
I dost believe that thou art me teasing
.
Wilt thou prepare a warm and hearty stew?
My bones feel frozen from this early Fall.
My taste buds are watering through and through.
Awaiting with expectation, thy call.
.
O gardener, draw me to thy table.
My satiety thou must enable.

Carol you can come into my Garden anytime my friend.. Our courgettes are now finished and we are nearing the last of our tomatoes, ( made so fresh tomato soup today ) 🙂 our peppers got eaten by slugs though before they really grew.. But our broccoli was great. 🙂
As is your delightful poem…. xxx Love to you my friend xx

I have so far the porcine approach, and a weird but tasty sounding pasta salad approach and a walnut pear thing that just sounds good but also courting disaster of tastes somehow.

🙂 I decided on a fine hock approach, I have some lemons and butter and cumin etc for a vegetarian try up but i’ll get the mint later closer to. I think you might enjoy ONE of them if.

A delightful adventure into a kind of medieval rhyming scheme and word play. Satiety, now that’s a word!!
