It is snowing here in Tennessee! It’s my first Winter at home in many years and I am grateful beyond belief. It is so gratifying to cherish every moment of this life for it is over so quickly. To cherish one another and delight in all circumstances. Yes, even the trying ones. Friends, we are truly blessed. No matter how poor or rich, how learned or uneducated. For these things are temporal and fleeting. What matters is the souls, the spirit of all life. We are here on this planet at this team together and there is deep meaning in that. May each snow flake be a blessing for each of you.🤗

I have been writing all my life but for the most part, it has been a secret. My parents did not believe writing was a good way to earn money so I hid my poems. Then one day, I wanted to comment on an essay that a friend had written and found myself with a blog. That quiet whisper inside said, "You can write your poetry and no one will ever know.". I knew nothing of followers and the like at that time. So, here I am trying to learn my craft and enjoying every moment of it. My personal details are, I'm 57, married for 39 years, have one grown son who is God's gift to us and last but not least at all, I'm a Baha'i which basically means that I love all humanity.

  2. It is so rewarding and such a blessing Carol to feel part of that Soul Team my friend.. I feel continually blessed to be surrounded by such beautiful souls as your good self.. Keep warm this in these winter storms… One is sweeping its way across the EU which has already taken several lives with the extreme cold temperatures..

  5. I was missing posts while I was sick and just saw that you are in TN. Is it permanent or temporary? I live just outside of Nashville in Antioch 29 min south of downtown. What part of TN are you in? Maybe we can connect if you have time. Missed you lots. Susan:)

      1. That would be fun! I live in Antioch so we are pretty close. Call me and we can make plans. I am only tied up this weekend with a conference at church on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning for church. My number is still a FL cell number 813-817-2361😃
